We want to make closing as easy as possible, which includes you not having to set a specific appointment, drive all the way to the title office, find parking, locate the office, wait for a notary, etc. Instead, you can close fully online or if you aren’t comfortable with an online closing, we’ll send the notary to you at the location of your choosing.
If you prefer to sit down in the title company’s office, we can do that too. We’d love to have you visit us at our main office located on the southeast corner 91st and Metcalf in Overland Park.
We can send a notary to any location in the United States that is convenient for you. You simply tell us when and where, and a notary will meet you there with all documents to sign for your closing.
By default, we will set up your closing completely online. You’ll be able to log on anytime 24 hours per day, 6 days per week (no Sundays) to review, sign and notarize your closing documents.
Have your own in-house notary? We provide the option to print, sign/notarize, and return documents with a provided FedEx label or by dropping them by one of our offices.
