Rick is a real estate attorney, broker, and title agent who has been providing legal services to real estate investors in Kansas and Missouri since 2015 when he founded Rick Davis Legal. In 2020, Rick opened rickdavisTITLE, with the intention of building a title company specifically for real estate investors and the unique transactions investors are involved with.
Rick is a regular instructor at continuing legal education (CLE) classes for lawyers on topics related to real estate, title, and legal ethics. He also often speaks at area real estate investor groups, such as the Mid-American Association of Real Estate Investors (MAREI), Johnson County Landlords, and others.

The experience will be nothing like any title company you have worked with before as we are fast, responsive and versatile.
You will hear back from us quickly. We work hard to be responsive and will respond to all messages within one (1) business day or sooner.
We can do things other companies can’t. Because we are a law firm, title company, and brokerage, we can leverage all of those skills and services to provide custom solutions to our clients.
Our communications will be mostly online; however, you will always have access to the people working on your file.
We customize our services for you, including flexible options for closings or catering our communications to fit your business model.
We use technology to move quickly. Some things are out of our hands — like waiting for the lender to provide docs or a payoff — but the things we can control, we streamline so we can move quickly.
