I own my own properties as a real estate investor and own my own real estate brokerage. I understand the challenges associated with buying, selling, and renting real properties. One of the unique advantages I have over my competitors is that I can represent you as both a real estate agent/broker and also attorney. In most cases I am able to act in both capacities for the same fee that would be charged in a typical agency transaction. In other words, you are getting both a real estate agent/broker and lawyer for the price you would have paid anyway had you not hired me at all. Or to put it even more simply, I can often absorb whatever legal fees are incurred into the commission earned in a sale transaction.
This is why I obtained a broker license. So I can represent you fully in a real estate transaction, rather than act only in the supporting role of a lawyer. I have the ability to list homes on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and gain access to homes for showings. I have the ability to do broker price opinions for determination of values or comparable sales. As such, I am able to control all aspects of the real estate transaction. This will result in the delivery of a combined level of competence and professionalism that may be unsurpassed anywhere else in Kansas City.
As I think this website reflects, I enjoy all aspects of real estate. I have learned over the years that it is important to enjoy what you do, and that it is very difficult to be good at something you do not enjoy.
