We’ve reminded you to consult with an attorney before you lend or borrow and get your paperwork in order!

We’ve even given you a great resource to get the necessary paperwork from Attorney Rick Davis and his DIY legal forms at MAREI.org/Forms

But because we know people, we wanted to go a step further and schedule a group consultation with Attorney Rick Davis and here’s why.  As an Attorney who also owns a Title Company, he sees what we as an industry are passing off as legal documents, many of which were downloaded from the internet, taken from a guru course, or borrowed from a friend.  All well and good, EXCEPT we skipped the part that says, be sure to run these forms by your own attorney to make sure they are legit for your state, your business, and your particular deal.

So rather than just grabbing from forms off the internet or from some friend who just grabbed them off the internet, join us at this Virtual Meeting to find out not only what forms you need, but some items that really should be in those forms, and some of the other items you need. That way you are protected as a lender and Grandma, well she is protected if she lends you money.
