There are already laws on the books in several cities and states that say that you can’t assign contracts UNLESS…you have a real estate license, or some special license issues by the city, or something else that makes your life difficult.
And like it or not, these laws are spreading like wildfire. (Kansas just passed law to enforce real estate license law on everyone)
None of this is going to stop experienced wholesalers from helping distressed sellers and creating great deals for buyers, though, because there are a number of ways to do wholesale deals WITHOUT “assigning the contract”.
Vena Jones-Cox will explain what these alternatives are, how they work, and what you’ll need to have in place to make them into “systems”.
