ABOUT RICK: Rick Davis is the founder of RD Title + Exchange, a title company established to cater to the unique needs of real estate investors for fast fast and efficient closings. Prior to creating RD Title + Exchange, Rick was a lawyer who represented real estate investors, mortgage lenders, and other professionals in the real estate industry. Additionally, Rick is a licensed real estate broker in both Kansas and Missouri, and he has experience in real estate investments as a landlord, rehabber, and wholesaler. Rick frequently speaks at real estate investor events and provides continuing education courses for lawyers and other professionals in the real estate industry. When he is not attending real estate events, you may spot Rick — with his wife and three children — at KU sporting and alumni events, or cheering for his children at youth sporting events and tournaments.
