When it comes time for closing, you will receive an email from RDsign with a link to access your documents to be e-signed.

Click the link in your email or log into RDsign to access the “task” tab. On that tab, you follow the process to e-sign your documents.

You wire the closing funds to our office and once the file is closed you receive the deed and title policy via email.
