We will send you an email from Notarize.com that has a link you can click to complete your online closing. You can do this anytime 24/7 up until 3pm on the closing date.

Verification
You click the link to start the process and upload a copy of your driver’s license and answer a few simple verification questions (e.g., which of these addresses have you previously lived at).

Notarize
You and the notary go through the documents and you click to e-sign in all of the signature blocks. The notary similarly e-notarizes the documents.
