MAREI Workshop: Subject To Investing – What the GURU’s fail to teach!

Join us for a Half Day Intensive Workshop that picks up where the Good, the Bad, and the Ulgy Meeting left off: The Mechanics of doing the deal and the protections you need in place. The stuff that the average guru just does not teach.
It’s time you learned the necessary skills to craft a creative Subject To Offer. It all starts by asking the sellers the right questions so you can craft a good contract and then present it to them in the proper manner. MAREI has partnered with Real Estate Investor and Attorney Jeff Watson to learn how he puts together these very profitable creative deals. He will be sharing:
* How to craft the contract the right way, so you are protected.
* What you need to disclose to make sure the seller understands what is happening.
* How to properly structure the deal and the documents you will need to put it all together.
* Last, Jeff explains the 3 models to profit (rent or sell it, fix it and then rent or sell it, or wholesale the deal and WHY the wholesale option is a very bad idea 99.9% of the time)
