After graduating from Kansas State University, Scarlett moved to Kansas City seeking a job in sales and has succeeded in the insurance business. With five years under her belt, Scarlett joined the Integrity Insurance team in 2015. All the while, she has travelled to over 20 countries on 6 continents and can’t wait to safari in Africa. Scarlett is an active member of the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce and has developed strong relationships with industry partners providing a full spectrum of products for her customers. Scarlett and her husband Kert, live in the historical Brookside neighborhood of Kansas City and enjoy watching the Royals and Sporting KC with family and friends. Integrity Insurance Services in Overland Park, KS was established in 2001 with the culmination of over 35 years of insurance experience. We started our agency with special focus on the small business owner and their unique exposures and requirements. Today, we serve over 250 businesses in the Kansas and Missouri areas.
But, we didn’t stop there. We also grew our personal lines customers offering home, auto, boat, motorcycle and umbrella insurance. Today, we have over 1,000 unique personal lines clients in a five-state area. What makes us successful?

You can find many of our producers on and off the golf course to support the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, and other charity golf events. We are quick to wear our Kansas City Royals and Kansas City Chiefs attire for every home game. And with an “office divided,” you might spy a Wildcat, Jayhawk or Tiger shirt from time to time.
