Short Description Rental Home KC was started in 2007 when Betty noticed the real estate sales market slowing down. As a RE/MAX Real Estate Sales Agent, she started RHKC to assist builders and private home owners lease their properties that weren't selling, or were not feasible to sell in the depressed market. At the same time, working with investors to leverage that depressed market to find opportunities for long term investments.
