E-Signing in Qualia

To complete requests in Qualia, either click on the link in the email you receive (see below) or go to https://connect.qualia.com/ and log into your account.

Once you are in the Qualia Client portal, you click on the “Tasks” tab, which will have a badge showing the number of requests waiting to be completed by you.

You will then click on the button to “Sign Documents.”

If there are fields for you to complete, you can click on that field to enter the information.

You’ll then enter the text into the pop up window that opens and click “Update Document.”

To add your signature, simply click on the field marked “Click to Sign.”

Once you have completed adding all of the necessary information and/or signing your document, you will click on “Submit Documents” to finalize the process.

Once you submit the documents, they will be sent to our office and you can access them by going to the “Documents” tab in Qualia and clicking on the sub tab titled “E-Signed.”
