Downloading Documents Shared via Qualia

To access documents in Qualia, either click on the link in the email you receive (see below) or go to https://connect.qualia.com/ and log into your account.

Once you have gone to the qualia connect, log in with your password and click on the tab at the top of the screen and click on “documents.” 

Once you are in the documents screen, click on a file to download it to your computer.

Alternatively, if a document as sent to you as part of a message, you can also access it by clicking on the “inbox” tab instead of documents.

From there, click on the message in the inbox that you would like to view.

(Note: you may need to turn off your popup blocker to view documents. Here are instructions on how to do this: Safari, Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer, and Firefox.)
